Social Service

The school is highly engaged in various acts of social service, where it runs a Literacy Project for the underpriviledged children of very poor family doing odd jobs. The good thing is that these children are no less than the main stream children and are giving a tough competition to them, by showing a good academic result and an all-round development.

The school also runs special vocational training programmes for women where, they are taught various crafts work with Jute. It is acting like a base for a livelihood for the women and is a step to make them self dependent.

Besides these, the school is always ready to help the needy in whatever way possible. The school organises a social service week where children contribute what they can for the welfare of the poor.
